$600 to $6 million
I started with $600 of inventory. I built it into $6 million a year in topline revenue — and I hand another $2 million to the city, state, and federal government in taxes every year, so I know exactly who the real boss is.
Then I did it again. Two businesses, both scaled to multiple seven figures. Along the way I vertically integrated into wholesale distribution and manufacturing, so I owned my margins instead of renting them.

This is the part most owners never reach. I've personally interviewed more than 1,000 people, hired over 100, and built the SOPs, systems, and training that let my teams run the businesses without me.
I can travel whenever I want and work from wherever I need to — not because I stepped back and hoped, but because I built something that no longer needs me in the room.
Why I do this
I still love the work
What I love more is helping other people do it — take a business from nothing, or from a job that owns them, and turn it into a real, self-running company doing its first million.
